If you've lost your Malmö by bike card you can request a new one here:

In the event of loss or theft of the card, you must notify it by telephone or in person at the Customer Service Office as soon as possible, so that the lost card can be blocked. If you have a Citizen Card (Tarjeta Ciudadana), the duplicate request must be made directly at City Hall. Once you have obtained the new card, you must notify Malmo by bike to activate the service again. If you are registered before February 2011 and you still have a Malmo by bike card, you must request the duplicate in the Customer Service Office and you will have to pay the cost of issuance in cash. Whenever you want you can request the Citizen Card and we will link it to your subscription.

Once you click on the Request button, your old access mode card will be automatically blocked. The cost of issuing and sending you the new card is 20 SEK
